QuantiLex is committed to maintaining the privacy of visitors to our website. QuantiLex does not currently require registration for access to our website or use "cookies," to gather data on a website visitor or his or her computer. We do, however, maintain a log of IP addresses of visitors for systems administration and troubleshooting purposes. We do not log IP addresses to track your session, nor do we link IP addresses to anything personally identifiable. The information that we do maintain may be used to measure interest in certain areas or subjects which are part of the website. Personal information about you as an individual visitor will not be provided to any third party, except when we have your permission.

When a website visitor submits an inquiry or comment through a form available on the website, or through an e-mail link on the website, we may log and retain the visitor’s e-mail address. Using the e-mail addresses provided when a website visitor submits an inquiry or comment, we may contact you regarding your inquiry or comment. QuantiLex may also send e-mail to its visitors about services it offers. Generally the information sent regarding our services are seen as valuable, indeed is often sought by those who e-mail us. To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, ensure the appropriate use of information and protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of information under our control, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic and managerial procedures to protect the information we collect online.

We do not release personal information about you as an individual to third parties, except when we have your permission. We will provide you with all of your personal information gathered through the website, if any, upon written request.

The QuantiLex website is not intended for children, and we ask that minors not submit any personal information to us. If you are a minor, you may use the website only in conjunction with a parent or guardian.
