We got our start in helping clients manage legal issues and their lawyers and law firms. Knowing the legal industry as we do, we developed programs that help clients make their counsel more productive and improved the attorney-client relationship. And because many of our clients want to maintain existing relationships, we've made sure that our programs are as effective with existing counsel or new representations.

Of course legal issues are not solely solved with lawyers and law firms. Often other providers -- like accountants, insurance and financial professionals, and other consultants -- or other steps -- like changing how you relate to your employees or your customers and suppliers -- can be more efficient and effective. For this reason we draw from the experience of professionals with a variety of backgrounds outside of the legal industry.
